Due to demand, mooring systems Ltd. has recently purchased 4 new riser hoses.
This will give MSL the capability to pull together complete export pipelines from stock, at very short notice.
SR001-120Te
Custom built to handle Manuli flexible riser hose this unit can accommodate 1100 metres of 8”O.D flexible pipe or 4000 metres of 4”O.D product.
Similar to all of our spooler range in that it is fully road transportable. It is configured to be powered from the deployment vessel’s own electrical system making it the ideal solution where a vessel with restricted storage capacity is utilised.

Built to a very high standard in accordance with Lloyds rules, the Spooler’s dimensions have been optimised to handle a wide range of hose and other flexible products. This spooler is fully road and sea transportable and comes with an integral hydraulic power unit ensuring zero down time offshore; and controls, level winder, modular bases and fully certified lifting gear.

A small versatile unit designed to accommodate a drum of 300 metres x 8” O.D hose. With a removable drum and weighing only 6 tonnes it can be mobilised by forklift to road transport quickly and efficiently. Its small footprint makes it ideal for product handling onboard offshore vessels.

This self-contained carousel system, which is designed in accordance with Lloyds rules, can be readily configured in ‘reel’ or ‘basket’ modes. It features an integral hydraulic power unit, level winder and local control and is designed to handle a wide range of flexible products including cable, umbilical and hoses. Of modular construction, it can be rapidly mobilised, by sea or road, worldwide. It has its own lifting gear allowing a single lift of the fully assembled system.
